This weeks New Hire Highlight is Iryna Cherkavska. Welcome to the Trans-Border team Iryna! Iryna has recently joined our team after working with carriers and in brokerage for many years. Iryna has dived right into her role at Trans-Border and we are excited to have her here!

Iryna is originally from Ukraine and has been in New York for less than a year. Prior to joining our team she has worked in the logistics field for about 8 years. Iryna loves to travel, she even lived in Gabon, Africa for a short time but she has said that the UAE was her favorite place to visit. When not working you won’t find Iryna at home relaxing, she prefers to always be on the move, whether it’s with her next big travel plans or even just at the gym. Iryna is a dog lover and if she could have any superpower in the world it would be to be able to heal all the sick people of any illness. Her favorite season is Winter, she loves the snow and the holidays. Iryna said that if she was stuck on a deserted island with only 3 things they would be her friend, a mojito and a hookah as a way to chill and pass the time. Her motto is ‘Do what you love and love what you do’.
