Welcome to Trans-Border, Tyler Samborin!

 In Company News, New Hires

Please extend a warm welcome to the newest member of our agent pricing team — Tyler Samborin! Tyler joins Trans-Border with several years of professional experience and an eagerness to learn.

Tyler, a native of Clifton Park, studied criminology while attending and playing baseball at SUNY Cortland. Tyler’s first foray into the professional world began, like many of us, in high school at his local Stewarts. He worked there at various Stewarts through high school and college, eventually rising to assistant store manager at one of the local shops.

While Tyler grew tremendously in his time at Stewarts, he is thrilled to start his new journey at Trans-Border. “I’m so excited to grow and learn,” he shares. “Supply chain is all new to me and I’m learning so much.” Tyler goes on to explain that he has felt incredibly welcomed and supported since starting here. “I don’t feel out of place or like the odd guy out,” Tyler explains.

In his free time, Tyler likes to play video games and watch sports. His favorite sport to play is baseball, but his favorite to watch is definitely football. He’s a fan of the Yankees and Giants, and occasionally the Bills.

Above all, though, Tyler wants everyone to know he is a goal setter and a go-getter. “I give 110% every day. Never doubt my inner drive and dedication.”

We are very excited to welcome Tyler to the Trans-Border team! Stop by his desk to say hello or send over a welcome message at tsamborin@tbgfs.com.
