USTR Releases Uniform Regulations for USMCA

On June 3, 2020, the Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) released their latest implementation regulations for the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA). USMCA is set to replace NAFTA on July 1, 2020.

The uniform regulations cover the interpretation, application, and administration of origin procedures, textiles and apparel goods, and customs administration and trade facilitation.
