USTR Extends Exclusions on Certain COVID-19 Medical Products through September
The Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) extended Section 301 product exclusions on certain medical products up through September 30, 2021.
In December, USTR announced extensions on tariff exclusions for 99 medical-care and COVID response product imports from China. These extensions are set to expire at the end of this month.
USTR said the latest tariff exclusion extension covers these goods when entered for consumption, or withdrawn from a warehouse for consumption, at 12:01 a.m. EST on April 1, 2021 and ending at midnight EST on September 30, 2021.
