U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) released CSMS# 19-000063 last week indicating it would end the delayed enforcement period for ISF-5 violations.

“CBP is ending its delayed enforcement period for ISF-5 violations and will begin issuing liquidated damages claims for violations of the ISF-5 requirements on March 15, 2019,” reads the enforcement. It continues on to ask that all parties ensure they are in compliance before that date.
