Presidential Proclamation 9813 – GSP changes

Effective November 1, 2018, certain specified articles from designated beneficiary developing countries will no longer be afforded duty-free treatment under the Generalized System of Preference (GSP).  Presidential Proclamation 9813, dated October 30, 2018, terminates the duty-free status of previously eligible products entered for consumption, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after 12:01 a.m. EDT on November 1, 2018.
